Client work is governed by a separate written service agreement that sets out the plan, fees, term, and deliverables. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, ad performance, and results are controlled by Google and other third parties. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, number of leads, or revenue. Examples on this site, including sample reports, the sample scan, and interface illustrations, are for illustration only.

Pricing

Prices on this site are in US dollars and may change. The price in your signed service agreement is the price you pay for its term. Advertising spend is billed by the ad platform and is not included in our fees.

Text messages

If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive messages about your audit, appointments, and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The content, logo, and design of this site belong to Rightway Growth LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rightway Growth LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
